Deliberate CreationIn the teachings of Abraham, there are 3 basic universal laws: 1) The Law of Attraction – like attracts like 2) The Law of Deliberate Creation – what you put your energy into, what you think about and focus upon grows 3) The Law of Allowing – be open to what comes your way and receive your desires and your good These three universal laws surface in different ways in different schools of thought, but the central concept is the same. Law of Attraction states that "like attracts like." Experiences and things are attracted to other experiences and things with a similar vibration. Thoughts and feelings are "things" that vibrate along with every thing else in the Universe. ∞ Law of Attraction is in effect whether we use it consciously or not. We can either choose our thoughts and the focus of our attention and create a reality that we appreciate... or we can simply create by default whatever our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and focus of energy brings, whether it is what we want ... or not. |

"Think on these things... "Whatever we place our attention on, whatever we think about, imagine, believe and feel strongly about we attract more of into our experience. Deliberate Creation is the art and science of dwelling upon beauty and love and joy in order to choose the life we want to live. If our thoughts, beliefs and emotions (our predominant vibration) create our lives, then let’s choose. Let’s decide what we create rather than creating by default, creating unconsciously, and just continuously reacting from a position of powerlessness. This is the space in which we use techniques like creative visualization, affirmation, goal setting, and wish lists. We want to be clear on what we want in order to deliberately bring it into our lives. If we are not clear about a specific object we want, we can be clear on the feelings we want, the “essence” of our desires. This is where our dreams and our hearts desires speak to us, beckon to us. Where did these dreams and desires come from? Same place every thing in the Universe comes from… Source. Spirit. Divine Intelligence. God. Once we have stated our desires, that is really all that is necessary. The Universe immediately goes to work to manifest what we are asking for. That which we place our thoughts, feelings, and energy on - "asking" - we create. Even if it is what we do not want. In line with Law of Attraction, we can create deliberately by choosing thoughts, feelings, and energy in alignment with whatever it is we truly want to create. "Whatsoever you ask for, believing, you will receive, " Jesus said. If a belief is a thought that we repeat so often that we "believe" it, then we can see how deliberately holding and repeating a thought, particularly when infused with pure positive emotion and energy, can create the beliefs we want and need to manifest our desires. And when we ask, believing, we receive. When we dwell on our desires, believing it is possible to have that, expecting to receive it, and opening to accept it... we are unstoppable.

Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer have created a wonderful web site at http://www.orindaben.com From the front page, check out the weekly meditation and book excerpt. I check this out every week, and use it almost every day. FocusWhen I keep my heart and mind focused on love and joy, then love and joy fills my life. When I put my focus on experiencing love, it expands and I experience more of it. When I make it a point to be happy, to experience bliss and joy in my daily life, it expands and I have more of that. When I am faced with "contrast" - what I don't want - I can tell by the way I am feeling that I am out of sync with my Higher Self, with my Good. My feelings become my road signs to tell whether I am on the right path, putting my attention where it needs to be. I can reach for a better feeling thought and get back in sync with All That Is, the Source of my Life, Love, Joy, and Abundance. It just makes sense to keep our thoughts and focus on the highest and best feeling thoughts; to create the life of our dreams.

A Simple Formula:Here is the formula for being, doing, and having every thing your heart desires:
This formula works every time without fail. The role of self-help toolsSelf-help and personal development tools almost always address different parts of the above formula. There are tons of books, audio programs, courses, and self-help groups for each area. Consider the tools that remind us that there is only One Source and in that Spirit we live and move and have our being. Meditation, prayer, laughter, love... these are tools, if you will, that help us experience our connection to Source. Remember we can not be separate from Source - that is not possible. But we can think the thoughts of separation, and feel the sadness and fear of separation based on those thoughts. We can even believe that God is some where out there - seated on a great white throne in Heaven or hanging out at the church of our choice - but just because we have been taught this or have thought this thought until it has become a belief, that does not make it Truth. It can be your "truth" if you want. Some very effective tools help you figure out what you want, if you are having trouble with that. Underlying all of our desires is the desire to feel good. We want to feel good, to live in the Joy and Well-Being that abounds for us. We want a strong healthy body to feel good; we want fulfilling work and money flowing in to experience Well-Being and express ourselves; we want the house, the car, the jewelry, the relationship because we hope it will feel good. I recommend some fun books on heart's desires, goal setting, journaling, creative visualization and manifesting. None of these is gospel. Not one is necessary to experience your well-being, Your Individualized JOY. They are just useful tools. To me, the most useful tools are those that help us accept our desires, our good. I think that this is the sticking point for most of us. We can come to appreciate our connection with Source. We can become conscious of our desires and even spend time visualizing them, asking for them, daydreaming about them. But until we can accept our good, we will bring up resistance, we will shut the door and lock it when the delivery comes, or worse we will not recognize our desires when they arrive. Here is where the work of such wonderful spiritual teachers as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, John Randolph Price, Sanaya and Orin, Abraham... the list is long and filled with Light and Love... this is where the work of releasing our doubts, fears, learned limitations, and beliefs comes in to play. So. Remember our connection with Source, ask, and receive. Three simple steps, as easy as breathing.
